Directx9 Framework Update to 0.0.3

Hello!
Many PB Demos/Intros have problems with Vista/Win7 and Aero. The problem is very easy : Directx7.
But if the Demo use Directx9 Libs there are problems with "IsScreenActive" or rebuild the Window on Alt+Tab. So i create this small Framework.
The Framework Support :
- Alt + Tab
- Alt + Return
- Pause on lost Focus or Minimize
I Add a Scroller + Logo + ufmod in this Framework
Update 0.0.2 on 11/13/2010
+ Many Code changes
+ Add 16x16 Scroller
+ Add 3D Starfield
+ Add Borderlines
+ Add MP3 Support
+ Add Pausefunction ( Key P )
Update 06/27/2012
+ Some Fixes for slow Pcs
+ Add Sprites
+ Add Coppers
+ Add Dots
+ Add FPS Timer ( Now Demos work with the same speed on slow or fast Pcs... )

Hey Bobo,
scroller runs really smooth. Great to see that the PureBasic guys are still into
demoscene coding. Keep it up!

PB is great, but there is a small 3d-engine missing. Did you code with PB too?

Yeah, I did code in PureBasic several years ago. Was a lot of fun. Also helped out
Andre of PureArea.net with his site. Even if I do not use purebasic anymore - I think
it is a really cool language.

This is really nice I'll just wonder if there is more to come (effects like plasma, sinus scrollers, vectors...) or its finished?
