I quite like it.  However, I know nothing about the Amstrad CPC.

Absolutely mindblowing code on this great retro system.  It gives a better experience than many well known 16 bit demos. I didn't know that the cpc was capable of this!

Simply brilliant. Its been a while since I have watched any demo from start until finish, but this one had me hooked. It almost makes me want to code demo stuff again, but unfortunately my current project keeps me busy so there really isn't time for it. It is great to see what people can do with that ancient hardware.

I've got a CPC in my loft - maybe I can give this a go.

Simple Mind blowing and the Amstrad CPC in term of colours....is almost good as Amiga I think

It also show that if coder code properly on Amstrad CPC then the demo and games would have be better than Amiga I think.........

I stumbled across this on Pouet a few days ago. Mind blowing stuff indeed!  Wouldn't look out of place on an A500 and the presentation is just top notch. The fact that it runs on a standard CPC with just 128kb of RAM is just crazy :)

Absolutely, I have an Amstrad 6128+ taking dust somewhere in my retro-messy-room but I never thought such a crappy machine can do this! Simply awesome! Sometime my mind get confused by the amount of "love" some coders can put on systems I would give a s**t!!!
Please keep proving me I'm wrong, I love it!!!! ;)
Muzzax is not my cup of tea (although the result is still impressive considering the available hardware), but that's just me and my personal taste (IMHO the SID Chip remains one of the best Audio chip out therem, even with its "limitations").

Moroboshisan, no argument on the Sid chip front. I can certainly see the appeal of working on such old hardware. Would really be nice to come up with new innovations no one ever thought possible. That coupled with the fact you're working on fixed spec hardware, must be quite nice. No worrying about driver hassles and incompatibilities on such an old machine. Still, a demo like that would really take some beating.

Cool to read the interview and see that even in the CPC scene, sceners are working in the software industry.

I remember aspiring to work in the games industry as a teenager and although I ended up somewhere else, the Demoscene was a great learning environment, it still is.

Yes a lot of innovation comes out of the demo scene productions.
