I just wanted to give access to the pixels array itself without adding functionalit of drawing lines, dots, squares etc. Hmmm ... I need to think about it.

That's understandable - my intention was to add the ability to draw lines which can be modified by other TinyC5 effects. Unless the pixels array can be used to modify the canvas behind it. I don't know if that's possible.

It's your project, and I'll respect your descision, which ever way it goes.

Thanks for your understanding. I think it's great that you implemented a line drawing function into tinyC5. This shows me that there is a need for that.

I think after this challenge a lot of source code will be available to implement in the TinyC5 lib  ;D

I'm New to the antics of Java. I've downloaded TinyC5. But I don't know what else is needed and what paths to put them in?

In the tinyC5 compo thread Shockwave supplied a challenge template, which contains a folder with everything you need. It includes a ready to go html file which you can edit with any text editor and it contains helpfull comments on where your code goes etc.
