Haha, code poems, submission seems to be closed already but I thought it was an interesting idea. Couldn't find any examples unfortunatly except for some funny comments.

code-poems

Here's mine ;D
Code: [Select]
roses = red;
violets = blue;
while(roses != violets)
   print("I love you!");

Great car physics engine called BeamNG is coming our ways...

There are several cool videos like this on that page:

Wow, great stuff! Back when cloth physics for Cinema4d came out, somebody on the 3d forums posted a really cool car crash example by giving the cloth a very high stiffness value. It was like magic to see it used like that! Sold me on physics, as this one plugin could be used to simulate convincing jelly, metal and cloth behaviour.

It's really cool to think that programming this sort of stuff doesn't seem nearly as impossible as it appeared back then. :)

Yeah true ... even just the first cloth animation I saw in my life was so stunning.

Really looking forward to see those physics in a actual game.

Check out this awesome sneaker projection demo ( http://vimeo.com/51276780 ). I got into contact with an old classmate who started a company projecting stuff on buildings/angled surfaces.

Buildings are only feasable for commercial projects, but smaller objects like a shoe or a pile of boxes are possible without funding. The shoe was a demo on BYOB (Bring Your Own Beamer), some kind of projection demo event. I'm trying to think of some cool stuff to do with this. Would love to hear your ideas if you got some!

Some sort of tent with an interactive 360 plasma projected all around would be really trippy! 8)

I posted this before but I'm doing it again for everybody that may have missed it. I'm really enjoying the classes I'm doing atm. Some things go way over my head but it's good to be challenged, so you can once again see how much there is yet to be learned.

Coursera
^^^^^^: follow complete university courses on a wide range of interesting and/or useful subjects, including: astrobiology, digital sound design, img & video processing, algorithms, algebra, calculus and much more! Go take a peek, there's bound to be something of your interest there.

Free education FTW!  :clap:
