Apparently it's happened to quite a few people. It seems to just collect in the skin and eyes. From what I've read, it's permanent too :P

We all know about DNA and Chromosomes and their high level functions, the theory is pretty staright forward, but the low level practise is something else entirely.

Now I finally begin to understand how all those beautifull biology pics actually fit together.

Had the same feeling today while watching those pics. I was sitting at my desk in my office - outside it was snowing - and I just wanted to leave ;-)

Well, now Weekend is here and time to get some booze!

Cheers  :cheers:

...quite boring nowadays... but DHTML seemed really promising back then!

http://www.shamedesigns.com

take a look at "Web Effects" and "Demo Remakes"

(usa an ancient browser for best results...)

Some pretty good C64 remakes on there especially if you have the SID plugin :)

Now this looks interesting. Nice to see them trying to revive the brand, but I really can't see it taking off. Far too niche a product.
I love semi-colons way too much ^^;

OMG... not THAT please!!!... to my eyes this is like  :boxer:  the worst of nightmares come true! :/ A totally overpriced PC hardware with C64 appearance! ("Amiga" lineup coming soon...  :telloff: )

I really can't stand that product lineup... it utterly betrays the concept led by Jack Tramiel back then "Computers for the masses, not the classes!" ... without real improvment above a standard linuxbox than a customized window manager and custom shape...... sorry pal, I'm from the old days and this totally makes me feel angry! This kind of things steals $$$ from nostalgic feelings, no way!

PS: nothing personal slinks, that just my personal POV... peace!

I was talking about the software, not the hardware. Granted it's nothing special, but the idea of any computer manufacturer offering that many programs in the main package makes for a nice change.

Hardware is obviously an over-priced case with a very standard computer in it :(

I love semi-colons way too much ^^;

Kilobots FTW! They go for about $15 a piece.

See some demo videos here.
