Wild!Boys CD26a - Atari ST remake
« on: September 10, 2009 »
Hey guys!

What can I say, I was bored today and decided to code an Atari ST cracktro remake since there aren't many yet. The original is from 1992 as far as I know. This is nothing special, but I always found the Lemmings VU meter thing kinda funny and had all necessary resources (I'm a lazy sod, so no font, music or gfx ripping for me please! ;D) to recode it on my harddisk. So here it is! I have included an ST disk image of the original ST version to use with an emulator in the ZIP in case anybody wants to have a look and see how close my version is to it...  ;)
Any feedback is welcome!

Bye,
Pad

Thanks!  :)

I'd feel honored if you added it there.  :kewl: RR sure needs more Atari remakes!  ;D

Music is by Mad Max (Jochen Hippel), taken from Prehistoric Tale btw...

Yeah, never touched an Atari ST before (being a true AMIGA lover) but
this cracktro looks like a pure classic oldschool production.
Well done!

@ benny: Thanks!  :)

@ Shockwave: Yay! That's really cool of you man! I now might even do some more ST remakes! (If I find time and my limited coding skills don't screw up this intention...  :D  )
