Very cool Benny! The presentation is really well done and it fits together really nicely! Music is suitably haunting too. A nice little showcase for TinyC5 :D

This is really nice indeed! Although the music is so sad, it almost made me cry.  :'( Very well chosen. ;) Poor sun.  :rip:

I'd never expected to see and hear such a high level of excellence and beauty in a JavaScript demo.

I am left wondering what the black circles are - they seem to be too symetrical to be planets, but it could just be a glitch on my crummy hardware.

Deciding who to vote for just got harder.

Thank you all for the kind feedback. It's much appreciated and I am happy that you like it!

ROFL ... no worries. Fotunately, it just A sun and not ours - so I guess we are safe for now ;-)

...
Is it webGL ?

No, it's plain JavaScript using the 2DContext of the canvas element. But WebGL is a really interesting topic though!

Wow, that is a really kind comment and feedback. Thank you so much, CK0. About the planets being symetrical ... the whole scene is rendered actually by one formula (refer to code), so it might look not super-natural.

That's great!  I love it! And html too :)  One day, just like the 8bit days, we will all be able to code easily again :)

Thanks, Jim. Yep, if HTML5 makes it to an accepted xbrowser standard we've got finally one platform again to code for ;-)

Glad to hear that your colleagues like it,too.

Yep, the whole effect is generated by one formula only.
