Or has anyone else noticed that Coders workshop has gone as bad as fuck.
I had a look over there earlier on and It just all seems to be spam and agro now.

It's a shame.
Krylar should never have given that site over to idigicon, they've ruined the place as far as I'm concerned.

I was actually nearly a Beta tester the first time around and then I came to my senses and remembered a certain shafting of a certain board by a certain prat.

It's funny really because Bray didn't have the bollocks to email me about testing Cobra, someone else in Idigicon did it.

I don't like Idigicon.

It lacks the time of the owners. To me, its more of an advertising site, with code forums added to entice.
Not knocking it mind, as getting great reception of my latest Showcases. Which is the best part of the site.

Yeah, but look at the downloads ffs. They are nothing like what they used to be Clyde.
To me it seems like a board run for 12 year olds by 12 year olds.

My nickname for them is Pork Chop Coders, and not neccassarily in that order.
I dont think people are really too interested these days, thats the main problem. Too conncerned in Flaming each other. Which is a real shame. Please someone invent a time machine.

I tried to see if Krylar was doing anything else but the forum he has on his site just seems like a support place for his books etc.

Tried doing a search for recent posts by him and it came up blank. 
Maybe I'll drop him a mail, he got quite interested in demo coding for a while. I remember he coded a line intersection thing on the old board. It changed my way of looking at him tbh. We exchanged a few PM's and he seemed to be a really nice bloke.
I'm pissed off that idigicon have control of the site now.
They've ruined it afaic.
I'll check in the purebasic board, though I'm not too hopeful.

He's been working on various beginner books from the odd time's I have seen him post, BC died when Idigicon took over really and when it changed to CodersWorkshop it became a really really lame place with nothing but flames and advertizing of products that have yet to see the light of day, there also seem to be so many complete idiots posting about nothing at all that I realized it wasnt worth visiting more than once in a blue moon and only to view the showcase for any half decent entries, mind loads of people seem to have stopped releasing anything there. Shame as BlitzCoder was one of the best sites I ever visited.

I dont like the fact that people simply update their submissions without having amended anything, just so that it goes up the list.
