Still no sign of the return of Vanilla Coke. Any inside info?
The line has been discontinued in England for some time. I however was able to pick a can up from a local grocery store.
Now it has been a good deal of time since I have quaffed this savory drink. I shall take a drink after letting the cola breath in the chilled white glass. Sadly I'm out of matches to burn the drink before sampling.
WHAT A DELIGHT!
This blend of Coke and Vanilla is a dream. This drink makes me feel as if I am aboard a sea faring vessel. I can hear the rocking and creaking of the ancient timbers around me as the sailors laugh and light fine pipe tobacco. I feel a warmth and see the lanterns burning fine whale oil. It is at this moment that I am brought back to my chain in front of this computer. The depth of the churning sea returns to my finely padded office chair. I am alone. My palette has become tacky and dry longing for a second partaking. As I have said before this cola is to be enjoyed as a fine tobacco it is as a spice cake brought from a foreign land. Good sirs, America tastes very fine tonight. I tip my hat to the late Herman Melville. The sailors light their pipes again with a dark spice, and the voyage continues in my humble white mug. The creaking of ancient timber returns the boat rocks in a most comforting way.
I only wish that you fine Englishmen could be here tonight sampeling forbidden delight from the Coke plants.
