Shit bags, they've been hacked.
Despite it's mixed views etc, it's a real shame that some one has gone out of their way to do that.

I've seen this a lot lately, my site also got hacked, but it was only misterx experimenting a little. Escaping is top priority when coding websites.

Yeah I saw that too, not funny to anyone besides the "hacker". I remember when QBNews' forum was hacked, really annoying but at least Pouet is back and it looks like a simple javascript redirection..

Some people typical. I had a hack of my own board, and it's not something to snigger about. It cost my brother alot to try and fix.
But hey, Poooie is back

So it wasnt a hack as such, just some kid playing about with Java.
Shockie, might want to check that kind of stuff cant happen here.

Touch wood, scripts are disabled and only basic html is allowed so I don't think it could happen, but I back up the whole site at least twice a week just in case.

SMF is hack proof, so it's nothing to worry about.

Nothing is ever hack proof, main thing is have enough security to stop all but determined crackers.

That's the thing Phoenix. SMF is very secure but there's probably some security hole somewhere that can be exploited, we are at risk because I have allowed ftp access to users of the board. That's why I make regular backups. Hopefully it'll never happen here.
