There are lots and lots of hosts out there, if it's a good host you are after, then you should looks for some hosting with a good company like godaddy or one.com, this site is hosted with hostpappa.

Hostpappa seem to be a little faster than petahosting where we were with before but the customer service is not quite as good.

If you are serious about making a good web site, then you could do worse than godaddy, that would only cost a few $ a month.

hostpappa take the whole years hosting off you in one go.

Some companies allow you to pay monthly.

You need to register a domain name, but I just had a thought anyway. I could do it for free for you but you'd have to have something like;

hotshot.dbfinteractive.com

I wouldn't be able to spare a huge amount of space but you could have 200mb or so..

It's up to you.

200MB? that is good enough but for future( say 3 years time)...1GB would be enough for me...

If you use up 1gb of space I'll make you find a new host, believe me!
The whole of dbfinteractive doesn't take up that much ;)

Hey hotshot, where did you go? :)

Get in touch if you like and I'll talk you through it on msn.. Problem is that I don't have your msn any more since you deleted your old email address.

I currently have a 1GB account with Xlio. I'm only using about 450MB at the moment, and the cost is less than £40 per year.

I'll get tips now saying that I'm paying too much, but I've found that changing web host can be strenuous and sometimes expensive :(

I would agree there and unless you have good reason to move, like if you need more space, bandwidth or features then it's not really worth the hassle of changing.

Still, it was a 500MB service when I signed up, but they doubled it for free :)
