[Windows] Future Composer Player
« on: November 23, 2011 »
Hi Guys,

I googled around for some time now and I cannot find a working Windows Future Composer Player anymore. I know there are some libs available - but do you probably know a already working player for Windows ?

Would be great - cause I really want to listen to some cracktro-tunes while I am working ...

Thanks in advance,
benny!

I think Deliplayer plays FC songs. The main site is down, but you should be able to grab it from this mirror.

Yeah cool Raizor .. that's it ... the replay routine sometimes sounds a bit strange ... but it works.
Thanks a lot and have some K++

@hellsangel:
I tried xmplay some weeks ago and at least with that version I was not able to play .fc3 .fc4 sounds. But thanks anyway.

NoisePlug's worth a look too: http://testaware.bplaced.net/Toolz/toolz.htm
Or try Jam: http://www.creamhq.de/jam.php
Or just try SurfSmurf's Oldsk00l Winamp Plugin: http://www.rift.dk/download.php?list.3

You choose which one sounds best  ;)

Damn, I need to work on my google skills. Honestly, I search google for some hours but just found dead links and/or programs whcih does not work under Windows7. Thanks a lot Padman, I will have a look at them, too.

Yw and thanks for the K+!
And no worries, your google skills aren't as bad as you might think. I found these players over the years by accident. So I only had to google for the names to post the links...  ;)

JAM player is really nice and keep it things simple. However, the fact that I couldn't add a key shortcut to change song made me go back to XMP and find a solution for FC1.4
After some googling I found that the ZIP plugin seems to solve the isssue.  :||

So to play fc14 files on XMP just download the zip plugin:

http://www.un4seen.com/download.php?xmp-zip

(of course, supposedly you already have delix plugin)
