I'd probably take it if I didn't consider web programming the basis of all evil.

Yeah, I work in the online game industry, too - and a lots of colleagues are demosceners. However, this counts only for guys older than 30. Most juniors I met do not know the demoscene anymore :-(

Yep someone from the Atari Scene posted it onto the Atari ST demoscene on facebook. Great for the old demomakers like us
