Personal coder sites/blogs
« on: September 25, 2006 »
I personally do like to visit personal sites of demo/game coders. Sometimes they contain
valuable information like sources, tutorial and so on.

Guess you all know such sites ... so feel to add them here.

Here are two site which come into my mind and who are updated quite often for a personal
page:

- Jetro Lauha : http://jet.ro/

- Sol : http://sol.gfxile.net/index.html

And if someone should be interested in stuff I play and experiment with (hi @shockwave ;-) )
feel free to visit : http://www.weltenkonstrukteur.de

I don't have a blog on coding yet, only a greek blog where I sometimes talk about demos here (http://gubuterboy.blogspot.com) then I have a blog with personal thoughts (http://optimus6128.blogspot.com) and maybe I'll get one on livejournal which most demosceners happen to use and there I may open a more coding and demo oriented one in english language. I opened the greek only because some greek people didn't liked to read my other blog in english but now I don't use that blog much :P

Also, in the greek blog you will see several links to blogs from sceners in the left corner, some discussing coding too.

Just a little note - I dropped my old page (self written PHP code). I switched over to
Typo3 as a CMS. Was really hard to dive into the technique behind Typo3. Especially
in the beginning it appears to be rather complicated. But in the end I finally twickled
something together.

The design was taken from an original WordPress theme (credits to jide.fr for that).
