a good ftp pogram or browser plugin?

Hey guys,

Long story short, or in todays terms: TL,DR = I'm looking for a lightwheight ftp program, just to add and remove files from my server.

TL version,
My old page was deleted due to missing a few payments, so I'm trying to rebuild it, but my trusty fireFTP plugin for ff is no more. Being the tactical genius that I am, I have no backup either! But I do still have most files. It's a mostly pointless exercise anyway, as Flash apparently doesn't even run in browsers anymore... 
Computers make you feel old real quick! 

In time, I plan to make youtube videos of my flash demos and probably rebuild my site from scrach in another form. But I need an ftp program/plugin to upload/download files to my webserver. I was hoping you guys have some suggestions, preferably free.

Sorry to hear that, the program i use all the time for my server is FileZilla its free & it also gets updated a lot.

I second the support for Filezilla, it works well enough for me. Also, I'm not sure if it works outside of Newgrounds or not, but they have developed their own player to keep their legacy Flash content going, might be of some use to you? https://www.newgrounds.com/flash/player
