Hi,

I'm rc55 (Ruairi), and I am the organiser of the Sundown Demoparty based in the UK, and I've been an active member of the UK Demoscene since 2004. I have been writing tracker music using ST3/FT2/Renoise since 1998, and most of my music is average! I also run the websites ukdemoscene.org and sundowndemoparty.org.

I must admit, I've only stumbled upon these forums today. God only knows how I managed to avoid you guys for so long - what a fantastic resource! I hope to get in touch with the admins here and work together on having your forum membership exposed via the Sundown demoparty by supporting your works and showcasing them in a fantastic environment.

I also want to welcome everyone who is interested in the UK Scene to come join us as our web site comes together and we work on building a friendly community. I also personally want to say a big hi! to Shockwave, and I hope we can get talking soon!

I just found a post about my technology and dropped by to say hi...

I designed a new object oriented programming language (eC - Ecere C) based on C, as part of my whole cross platform Software Development Kit, and of course that's what I code in

So that's what I like to code, along the tons of related projects I have going on (IDE, cross platform GUI, 3D engine, media player, instant messenger, source code management system, and the list goes on )
