CLASSIC COMP - Fairlight full contact
« on: April 23, 2007 »
Here's one I used to load up and just listen to the music.. I loved it so much and I knew it would be a pain in the arse to convert (non standard width fonts, tricky copperlists etc).. But I think I got it right..

Anyway, source will be here later today too, I just want to scan through it to make sure it all makes sense! Hope you enjoy this one, it was fun to make.

There are loads and loads on Flashtro, also a good move would be to get Winaue, then get onto Intro Inferno and fill your boots! I was watching these on My Amiga when some of you were in nappies!! It's part of the history of the scene and it's worth knowing where it all came from.

I will have to stop or I'll be on my soap box soon! Sorry!

Ripped means that the data used in the original has been directly taken out of the original program and used in the new program you can rip pictures, music, text and even 3D models

tricky copperlists
One way to handle copperlists is to draw the scene which has the copper colours in it in white only, and then use that like a stencil, draw the copperlist colours as a 2nd pass and only render it where you rendered white in the first pass.

use Host/Output->Prowizard (many formats), or use ExoticRipper on amiga (with winuae)
