[PROCEDURAL] Liquorice allsorts
« on: May 11, 2008 »
This is not big and it's not clever..

It's 7kb and uses a mixture of glquadrics and quads, a quick entry really but maybe it will stand a slim chance (even though the sweets are fattening!).

Here it is anyway, procedural liquorice allsorts.. The only texture used is on the jelly ones (round pink and blue). :) And that's just random noise so this is nothing clever as you'll see when you run it...

I am working on an intro for Defacto2.net and I realised that this routine from the intro would be acceptable in the comp ;)

I admit I haven't had much time with school and work to test most of the demos but looking at your screen this is quite cute.

EDIT

Looks really cool and the gravity effects are really nice! I want to just lie underneath the candy fountain and eat them. Well until they make me sick (which licorice does after about 10 pieces).

Haha! I know these sweeties. I never liked them, too plastic and too ugly taste (Or are they eaten with something else? (liquor as in title?) I always tried to enjoy them as they were jelly bears or something :)
