Sorry Hellfire!
It needs to run on todays hardware but look a little retro . . . no size limit to be honest - it will be running as an intro on the day instead of being an invitro now?
Something to show what we are trying to do . . . Im not helping much here am I?

Basically the Retro Computer Museum is eventually going to be a 'real life' museum. At the moment is it online only. We are looking for premises but are struggling to find something that is a) big enough) and b) cheap enough and c) cheap enough !! I know the last two are the same but that is the main thing at the moment, we don't have loads of money ourselves, the bank would be willing to help out if we find premises that are suitable?!?? We are looking on a daily basis.

That's all rather vague and I'm not very much into that "retro-style" either, so I'll just try something and you decide if want it or not.

The text should read something like this

"Welcome to the first RCM Retro Gaming Event, we hope everybody enjoys themselvers and has fun but please respect the hardware when using. I would love to see this as an invite as you know. It will probably get a lot of people interested in coming, especially knowing the quality of Hellfire's work.

Anyway, I've said all I want to say on this, both here and in private, I'll just wait for the intro and enjoy it when it comes.

As as intro, could we have some text saying the following:

"RCM Retro Gaming Event. 16th November 2008. A retro gaming event to bring together like-minded individuals to have a laugh, a chat and a game or two on some retro systems!, to also raise the awareness of our Retro Computer Museum which is online only at the moment but will eventually be a real place to visit. Further details can be found on our website: www.retrocomputermuseum.co.uk"

The format doesn't matter, it just shouldn't contain those jpeg-artefacts

If you have something that can be used as a file-icon (16x16 and 32x32), that would be cool, too.

Don't know if they are any good?
The original sketch of the logo is in adobe, if it can't be found I can see if Dicab still has it.

Unluckily I had to spend some long hours at work for the whole last week to fix some problems which should have been long gone

So I sadly didn't find time to make much progress; however, I'll try to get it finished until the end of the week...

It's so mind numbingly boring sitting here getting fat and doing nothing.
