Well, this will be my first forum I've been in when it comes to programming.
My name is Peter, I've been programming in basic(other versions) before and later on I'm trying to learn freebasic instead.
I'm 30 years old so bare with me xD I'm a tad slow
Well I hope I'll get enough help here so I can convert my mapeditor so I can make it for both Unix and windows system.
Well that is what I have to tell about me I guess.

compulsory first post!
i'm one of the two mental flosses from the old KFMF music group and was a #trax and #coders regular from many moons ago. i had always been fascinated by democoding but never quite figured out what to do in order to get started way back when. figured it's never too late to pretend to be a teenage scandanavian kid rocking the world of computer hackery so here i am. (:

What a great board. I've been coding for c64 since 1986 or something! Still enjoy writing assembler. For living I have to deal with c/c++/c#/windows phone/android etc...

Hi all,
been a big fan of the demo scene since the amiga scene, always wanted to write a sinus text scroller ever since I was a lad. Its on my bucket list. I have very little programming experience and I am currently trying to learn c++. I joined, hopefully, to learn a little more about how they are made. cheers.

Hello dbf people, I'm a 30 years old Argentinian.
I like the forum and all the Demos you made here, mainly C, C++ and C# stuff.
Currently I'm trying to develop my own games (to live) with things like Unity, HTML5 and the like ,
but the true it's I feel kinda rusty my old c++ knowledge and want to return to it and dive in deep waters again.
Feel free to ask everything you want.
PD: sorry for my bad English ...

Hi guys! I'm new here, and I'm hoping to learn some demo coding skills from the masters around here. I'm currently working on a game engine in c++, so I thought I might as well improve my skills by picking up some tricks here. Cheers!

Sup ganstas!
I am trying to learn demo-programming and joined the forum to learn from some more experienced programmers. I have knowledge of C# and a bit java, but as far as demos i have no experience. I have been making music on my computer for quite a while though.
