[linux] AlienHunter32k
« on: June 25, 2011 »
AlienHunter32k is a multiscrolling arcade shootergame,
a remake of the famous amiga freewaregame "transplant".

You control a little spaceship and must
kill all bad aliens in a solarsystem.

the very fast gameplay and the retrostyle
will give you a lot of fun and good memories to the original game.

it will be run under any linux with sdl1.2,opengl1.2 and working 3d hardware accelleration

so enjoy and have fun =)

I'm having some troubles getting drivers from ATI at the minute for accelerated graphics.
I wasn't able to play it very much. Ah the curse of linux - closed source drivers.  :crutches:

I think there are members here who run Linux too.

Yeah, thanks a lot for the win32 port.

It works great generally - although I encounter a glitch during gameplay every 30 secs or though. The screen hangs
for some millisecs. Really strange. Apart from that the game runs really smooth. I like the overall look of it.

Nicely done!
